Remodeled an existing 50’s style bath while maintaining the original pink tile, freestanding radiator, tub and plumbing rough-ins
- Covered the existing unappealing radiator with an enclosure
- Enclosure is of the same species, finish & style as the existing woodwork
- Gave them additional "surface"
Pink Retro Shower
Remodeled an existing 50’s style bath while maintaining the original pink tile, freestanding radiator, tub and plumbing rough-ins
- Used salvaged pink tile to fill in where the old shower rough-ins were located
- Brought shower plumbing up to code with pressure balancing shower faucet
- Added operable acrylic block window to shower
- Wall color reflects a more masculine space
Pink Retro Bath
Used white, navy and caramel to update and add some masculinity the space for the single father of three girls
- Replaced outdated vanity/countertop with a vintage style pedestal sink
- Used porcelain handle faucets to re-enforce the vintage feel
Retro Bath Fixtures
Installed vintage style bath fixtures with a softened line to play off the straight lines in the rest of the home. I removed the carpet from the floor and was able to simply clean the existing hex floor tiles.
